Surveillance
Covert video surveillance that answers the adjuster's actual question: what can the claimant do, and when.
Surveillance is bought to settle one question: does observed function match reported impairment. Every hour we put on a file is planned against that question — venue patterns, activity windows, and the least-intrusive vantage that the law allows.
Our investigators work from public property only, collect to the documented scope and no further, and record contemporaneous notes as the day unfolds. Original media is hashed and vaulted the day it is captured.
Reports are written for disclosure from the first line: objective, third-person, facts only. If the footage helps your position, it will survive cross-examination; if it doesn't, you'll know fast — before you spend another authorized hour.
