Here's the honest answer: the firm is new; the investigators are not. 18+ years combined senior investigative experience on insurance files — surveillance, AB and BI claims, LTD and WSIB activity checks, SIU referrals. We built this firm because we knew exactly what carriers weren't getting: disciplined evidence, predictable budgets, and file security that's real rather than implied.
